When will I receive my badge/tickets?

Retropalooza does not send any tickets/badges through the postal service. Once registered for the event, you will receive your badge(s) at the registration table, all that is required is your valid state/school ID.

Is there a cost for guest autographs/photos?

Some of our guests may have fees for autographs and/or photos, and some do not.

Can I get a refund on my tickets?

We will not be offering refunds on tickets.

Will there be yummy food at the event?

Yes. The Fort Worth Convention Center will be offering concessions from 11 AM to 5 PM Outside food is not allowed inside the convention center.

Will I have to pay for parking? And if so, how much?

On-site parking is TBD.

I have kids. Can I bring them too?

Yes. Children are welcome and will receive free admission if they're twelve years of age or younger, and are accompanied by a ticket buying adult.

Is alcohol allowed at the convention?

Outside Alcohol will not be permitted at Retropalooza or the Fort Worth Convention Center. If you are found with outside alcohol we will ask you to leave the premises to finish it, or dispose of it. If you are caught a second time, you will be asked to leave. If you arrive to the event drunk and disorderly, you will be escorted from the property.

Is photography/videography allowed?

Yes. In fact, we encourage it. Please exhibit some etiquette when it comes to taking pictures of people, it's always polite to ask if it's OK before snapping away. At the same time, please understand that pictures and video make for great promotional tools and we will have official photographers and video staff around the event at all times. If you see your photo on one of our official outlets, i.e., website and/or promotional materials, and would like to have it removed, please contact us at support@retropalooza.com and we will resolve the situation.
